Embracing Visibility: My Journey as a Model for WGN Daytime Chicago Fall Fashion Segment and Living My Most Fabulous Life

As September rolls out, I find myself reflecting on an exhilarating journey that has unfolded in August—one that centers around permission. It’s the permission I’ve granted myself to be visible, to step boldly into a new chapter of my life, and to embrace the opportunities I’ve long wished for.

• From a young age, I dreamed of living a fabulous life, one that celebrates the unique gifts God has placed in my heart—particularly my passion for fashion. The truth is, clothes have a profound ability to transform our worlds. They can elevate our moods, express our individuality, and tell our stories without uttering a single word.
• Today, I stand in awe of the life I’m actively manifesting. It’s a life born from hard work, dedication, and the unwavering belief that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams. I’m so proud of myself for remaining steadfast on this path, especially during the challenging moments that test my resolve. In those times, I take a step back and remind myself of just how blessed I am. Gratitude is my guiding light, illuminating every step of this journey.
• The excitement continues to build as I embark on new adventures. A major highlight has been the incredible opportunity to appear on @WGNDaytimeChiago for a Fall Fashion Layering Segment. A heartfelt thank you to @lindasgotstyle for inviting me to be part of this segment—it truly means the world to me! I’m also grateful to @denisebelyea_photo for capturing such beautiful moments through her lens; these photographs will forever hold a special place in my heart.
• In a poignant nod to my roots, I wore my mother’s vintage clothes during the segment. It felt like bringing her along with me, sharing in the moment as I modeled on television. Her spirit and love for fashion have always inspired me, reminding me of the legacy we carry through our passions.
• As I look forward to what’s next, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement for all the adventures that await. I invite you to stay tuned for more as I continue this journey of visibility, growth, and gratitude.
